We cook the food we want to eat at midnight. Loaded fries, dirty mac, gyros built properly, and chicken that actually tastes of something.

Two kitchens across Houston — Heights Blvd and Spring — running till 3AM on Friday and Saturday and midnight the rest of the week, because the best food rarely happens at dinner time. No white tablecloths, no small plates, no fuss.
